About training Cooking

Cooking is the textbook buyable skill: your gp budget usually sets your XP rate more than your level does, since you mostly stockpile raw food and click through it as fast as you can. From level 35 the popular fast-and-cheap route is fermenting jugs of wine (200 XP each, and they stop failing entirely past 68), while spam-cooking raw karambwans a single item per game tick is the outright XP record. Prefer something calmer? Cooking gauntlets plus a bank-side range turn sharks and anglerfish into an almost hands-off grind.

Did you know: At level 99 you can spam-cook raw karambwans one per 0.6-second game tick for about 950,000 Cooking XP an hour - among the fastest XP rates anywhere in the game - chewing through roughly 5,000 karambwans hourly and cutting a 30-to-99 grind down to around 14 hours.
